Hello, I'm Doris Dong. I graduated from the Australian National University with a Juris Doctor, and I specialise in migration law, family law and commercial arbitration.
I came to Australia on my own in 2018 to study, so I have first-hand experience with international student life and preparing for immigration. During my studies I also took part in the university's legal aid programs and handled a wide range of legal matters faced by international students and temporary visa holders in Australia. Those experiences sharpened my ability to manage cases with rigour and to dig deep into the relevant legislation. As a former international student myself, I understand your questions and concerns, and I will use my professional expertise to support you on your study and immigration journey. I hope that, through our shared effort, your dreams will come one step closer.
Hello, I'm Jack, a MARA-registered migration agent with NewStar and a solicitor admitted to the High Court of Australia. I hold a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England and a Master of Migration Law from the Australian National University. I specialise in employer-sponsored visas, family-sponsored visas, skilled migration, business migration visas, and representation at AAT appeals. I'm skilled at finding creative solutions for clients, drawing on my engineering logic, the legal interpretation training I received in law school, and my professional drafting experience. As a seasoned registered migration agent and solicitor, my creed is this: a migration or visa case may be just one piece of work for me, but for the client it may mean a life-changing outcome. That's why I put the client's interests first and deliver the most efficient, cost-effective migration solutions.
