\u4e00\u3001\u4f55\u8c13\u8bc9\u8bbc\u65f6\u6548\u671f\u9650\uff1f<\/h2>\n<p> <strong>\u65f6\u6548\u671f\u9650(limitation periods)<\/strong> \u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f00\u59cb\u5927\u591a\u6570\u6c11\u4e8b\uff08\u548c\u4e00\u4e9b\u5211\u4e8b\uff09\u8bc9\u8bbc\u7684\u4e25\u683c\u65f6\u95f4\u9650\u5236\u3002\u5982\u679c\u5728\u63d0\u8d77\u4efb\u4f55\u8bc9\u8bbc\u4e4b\u524d\u65f6\u6548\u671f\u9650\u5df2\u8fc7\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u5f88\u96be\u751a\u81f3\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u518d\u63d0\u8d77\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8bc9\u8bbc\u3002\u800c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u8bc9\u8bbc\u65f6\u6548\u671f\u9650\uff0c\u53ea\u9488\u5bf9\u8d77\u8bc9\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u53ea\u9700\u5411\u6cd5\u9662\u63d0\u4ea4\u76f8\u5173\u6cd5\u9662\u6587\u4ef6\u5373\u53ef\uff0c\u5e76\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u6848\u4ef6\u8fdb\u5165\u5b9e\u8d28\u5ba1\u7406\u9636\u6bb5\u3002<\/p>\n<h2> \u4fdd\u62a4\u8bc1\u636e\uff08\u7279\u522b\u662f\u4fdd\u7559\u6587\u4ef6\u4ee5\u53ca\u627e\u5230\u8bc1\u4eba\u5e76\u8ba9\u8bc1\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u5177\u6709\u53ef\u9760\u56de\u5fc6\u7684\u8bc1\u636e\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff09\uff1b<\/p>\n<p> \u4fc3\u4f7f\u627f\u62c5\u8d23\u4efb\u7684\u786e\u5b9a\u6027\u5f97\u5230\u4fdd\u8bc1\uff1b<\/p>\n<p> \u4fc3\u4f7f\u7275\u6d89\u5230\u516c\u5171\u5229\u76ca\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\u80fd\u5f97\u5230\u5c3d\u5feb\u5904\u7406\uff1b<\/p>\n<p> \u603b\u4f53\u4e0a\u964d\u4f4e\u53f8\u6cd5\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u6210\u672c\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u8bc1\u636e\u4e22\u5931\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u589e\u52a0\u65f6\u95f4\u3001\u91d1\u94b1\u548c\u4eba\u529b\u6210\u672c\u53bb\u89e3\u51b3\u4e89\u8bae\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<h2> \u4e09\u3001\u5404\u7c7b\u5e38\u89c1\u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u8bc9\u8bbc\u65f6\u6548\u671f<\/h2>\n<p> \u5404\u5dde\u65f6\u6548\u671f\u90fd\u7565\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u5efa\u8bae\u54a8\u8be2\u4e13\u4e1a\u5f8b\u5e08\u7684\u5efa\u8bae\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u8fd9\u91cc\u6839\u636e\u65b0\u5357\u5a01\u5c14\u58eb\u5dde\u76841969\u5e74\u65f6\u6548\u6cd5\uff08Limitation Act \u5982\u679c\u9519\u8fc7\u8bc9\u8bbc\u671f\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u8bf7\u6ce8\u610f\u8bc9\u8bbc\u671f\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5<strong>\u6cd5\u5b9a\u5ef6\u957f<\/strong>\u7684\uff0c\u6fb3\u6d32\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e2d\u672c\u6765\u5c31\u5b58\u5728\u53ef\u4ee5\u7533\u8bf7\u8bc9\u8bbc\u671f\u5ef6\u957f\u7684\u6761\u6b3e\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u5411\u6cd5\u9662\u7533\u8bf7\u63d0\u51fa\u5ef6\u957f\u65f6\u95f4,\u4f46\u662f\u9700\u8981\u6ee1\u8db3\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u6761\u4ef6\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u6709\u81ea\u7531\u88c1\u91cf\u6743\u51b3\u5b9a\u662f\u4e0d\u662f\u7ed9\u4e88\u5ef6\u957f\u8d77\u8bc9\u3002<\/p>\n<h3> 2009\uff09\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5b58\u5728\u201c\u7279\u6b8a\u60c5\u51b5\u201d\uff0cFWC\u6709\u6743<\/p>\n<p> \u5ef6\u957f 21 \u5929\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e0d\u516c\u5e73\u89e3\u96c7\u7533\u8bf7\u7684\u65f6\u9650\u3002\u5728\u51b3\u5b9a\u662f\u5426\u884c\u4f7f\u8fd9\u79cd\u81ea\u7531\u88c1\u91cf\u6743\u65f6\uff0cFWC \u5fc5\u987b\u8003\u8651\u4ee5\u4e0b\u8fd9\u4e9b\u56e0\u7d20\uff1a<\/p>\n<p> \u8be5\u4eba\u662f\u5426\u5728\u89e3\u96c7\u751f\u6548\u540e\u624d\u77e5\u9053\u88ab\u89e3\u96c7\uff1b<\/p>\n<p>
