{"id":1202,"date":"2019-02-25T18:18:43","date_gmt":"2019-02-25T18:18:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nslegal.com.au\/?p=1202"},"modified":"2024-04-07T06:18:22","modified_gmt":"2024-04-07T06:18:22","slug":"%e6%8b%85%e4%bf%9d%e7%88%b6%e4%ba%b2%e6%9d%a5%e6%be%b3%e8%a2%ab%e5%8f%96%e6%b6%88%e6%be%b3%e7%b1%8d%ef%bc%8caat%ef%bc%9a%e4%b8%8d%e8%83%bd%e5%bc%80%e8%bf%99%e7%a7%8d%e5%85%88%e4%be%8b%ef%bc%81","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nslegal.com.au\/?p=1202","title":{"rendered":"\u62c5\u4fdd\u7236\u4eb2\u6765\u6fb3\u88ab\u53d6\u6d88\u6fb3\u7c4d\uff0cAAT\uff1a\u4e0d\u80fd\u5f00\u8fd9\u79cd\u5148\u4f8b\uff01"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u5728\u6fb3\u6d32\uff0c\u53d6\u6d88\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\u7684\u56fd\u7c4d\u662f\u5f88\u7f55\u89c1\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4e00\u822c\u666e\u901a\u4eba\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u5c31\u662f\u88ab\u53d1\u73b0\u8eab\u4efd\u9020\u5047\u3002\u5047\u7684\u771f\u4e0d\u4e86\uff0c\u4eca\u5929\u6211\u4eec\u6765\u770b\u770b<strong>\u5165\u7c4d\u540e<\/strong>\u56e0\u4e3a<strong>\u62c5\u4fdd\u7236\u6bcd<\/strong>\u800c\u88ab\u79fb\u6c11\u5c40\u53d1\u73b0\u5f53\u5e74<strong>\u7528\u4e86\u5047\u8eab\u4efd<\/strong>\u800c<strong>\u53d6\u6d88\u56fd\u7c4d<\/strong>\u7684\u6848\u4f8b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Singh2005\u5e74\u901a\u8fc7\u914d\u5076\u7b7e\u83b7\u5f97\u6fb3\u6d32\u7eff\u5361\uff0c2007\u5e74\u5165\u7c4d\uff0c<strong>\u4f46\u662f\u4e24\u5e74\u540e\u5728\u62c5\u4fdd\u5176\u7236\u4eb2\u6765\u6fb3\u6d32\u65f6\u79fb\u6c11\u5c40\u53d1\u73b0\u6b64\u4eba\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u6709\u8e4a\u8df7\uff0c<\/strong>\u4e8e\u662f\u5c55\u5f00\u8be6\u7ec6\u7684\u8c03\u67e5\uff0c\u624d\u53d1\u73b0\u4ed6\u5f53\u65f6\u7533\u8bf7PR\u548c\u5165\u7c4d\u90fd\u7528\u4e86\u5047\u8eab\u4efd\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u8c03\u67e5\u540e\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u5f53\u5e74\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\u7684\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u2014\u2014<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1997\u5e74Singh\u4ee5\u7559\u5b66\u751f\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u6765\u5230\u6fb3\u6d32\uff0c2000\u5e74\u7684\u65f6\u5019\u4ed6\u4e0e\u4e00\u540d\u6fb3\u6d32\u672c\u5730\u4eba\u7ed3\u5a5a\uff0c\u539f\u6253\u7b97\u5c31\u901a\u8fc7\u914d\u5076\u79fb\u6c11\u957f\u671f\u7559\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\uff0c<strong>\u53ef\u662f2002\u5e74\u65f6\u4e24\u4eba\u5a5a\u59fb\u7834\u88c2\u79bb\u5a5a\uff0c\u8fd8\u6ca1\u8f6c\u6210PR\u4ed6\u5c31\u56de\u53bb\u5370\u5ea6\u4e86\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u56de\u53bb\u5370\u5ea6\u540e\u4ed6\u53c8\u627e\u4e86\u4e2a\u4eba\u7ed3\u5a5a\uff0c\u8fd9\u4eba\u4e5f\u662f\u6fb3\u6d32\u516c\u6c11\uff0c<strong>\u5f53\u65f6\u7684\u79fb\u6c11\u4e2d\u4ecb\u201c\u8bf4\u201d\u4ed6\u7684\u4e0a\u4e00\u6bb5\u5a5a\u59fb\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u5230\u8fd9\u4e2a\u7b7e\u8bc1\uff0c\u5efa\u8bae\u4ed6\u62ff\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b0\u8eab\u4efd\u7533\u8bf7\u3002\u3002\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5c31\u8fd9\u6837\uff0c<strong>Singh\u641e\u5230\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b0\u7684\u62a4\u7167\u3001\u65b0\u7684\u540d\u5b57\u548c\u65b0\u7684\u51fa\u751f\u5e74\u6708\u65e5\uff0c<\/strong>\u4e4b\u540e\u987a\u5229\u4e0b\u7b7e\u5165\u5883\u6fb3\u6d32\uff0c05\u5e74\u65f6\u62ffPR\uff0c07\u5e74\u5165\u7c4d\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u4ed6\u62c5\u4fdd\u7236\u4eb2\u6765\u6fb3\u6d32\u65f6\u4e1c\u7a97\u4e8b\u53d1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Singh\u4e0a\u8bc9\u65f6\u627f\u8ba4\u81ea\u5df1\u8eab\u4efd\u9020\u5047\uff0c\u5bf9\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u7f6a\u884c\u5f88\u540e\u6094\uff0c<strong>\u4f46\u575a\u6301\u8bf4\u662f\u53d7\u4e86\u4e2d\u4ecb\u7684\u8bef\u5bfc\uff0c\u90a3\u4e2a\u4eba\u7ed9\u4e86\u4ed6\u201c\u574f\u7684\u5efa\u8bae\u201d\uff0c<\/strong>\u5e76\u6709\u51e0\u4f4d\u597d\u670b\u53cb\u4e3a\u4ed6\u7684\u826f\u597d\u4eba\u683c\u4f5c\u62c5\u4fdd\uff0c\u4ed6\u8fd8\u6709\u4e24\u540d\u6fb3\u6d32\u7c4d\u7684\u5b69\u5b50\u8981\u7167\u987e\u7b49\u7b49\u7b49\u7b49\u7406\u7531\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4f46\u662f\u4e8b\u5b9e\u5374\u662f\u2014\u2014<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u79fb\u6c11\u5c40\u8bf4\u5236\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a<strong>\u5047\u8eab\u4efd\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\u5176\u5b9e\u662fSingh\u81ea\u5df1\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\uff0c<\/strong>\u539f\u56e0\u662f\u4ed6\u79bb\u5f00\u6fb3\u6d32\u65f6\u8fd8\u6ca1\u62ff\u5230\u79bb\u5a5a\u8bc1\uff0c<strong>\u4ed6\u81ea\u5df1\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a\u7533\u8bf7\u65b0\u7b7e\u8bc1\u7684\u5f53\u65f6\u662f\u5426\u5df2\u7ecf\u6210\u529f\u79bb\u5a5a\uff0c<\/strong>\u6240\u4ee5\u6015\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5904\u4e8e\u4e24\u6bb5\u5a5a\u59fb\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>AAT\u7684Senior Member Chris Puplick\u8868\u793aSingh\u786e\u5b9e\u662f\u4e00\u4f4d\u597d\u7236\u4eb2\u3001\u597d\u670b\u53cb\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e3a\u793e\u533a\u505a\u4e86\u5f88\u591a\u8d21\u732e\uff0c<strong>\u4f46\u662f\u8fd9\u5e76\u4e0d\u80fd\u5f25\u8865\u4ed6\u72af\u7684\u9519\u8bef\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5e76\u4e14\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u8bc1\u636e\u90fd\u8868\u660e<strong>Singh\u7684\u6b3a\u8bc8\u884c\u4e3a\u5df2\u7ecf\u6301\u7eed\u4e86\u5f88\u957f\u65f6\u95f4\uff0c<\/strong>\u5982\u679c\u6ca1\u6709\u88ab\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u4ed6\u4f1a\u65e0\u9650\u671f\u6b3a\u7792\u4e0b\u53bb\uff0c\u201c\u6ca1\u6709\u7406\u7531\u76f8\u4fe1\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u4f1a\u4e3b\u52a8\u653e\u5f03\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>\u201c\u5982\u679c\u5141\u8bb8\u4ed6\u7ee7\u7eed\u62e5\u6709\u6fb3\u6d32\u516c\u6c11\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\uff0c\u5c31\u7b49\u4e8e\u5f00\u521b\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u5148\u4f8b\uff0c\u6700\u521d\u7684\u6b3a\u8bc8\u884c\u4e3a\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u968f\u540e\u7684\u826f\u597d\u884c\u4e3a\u548c\u968f\u7740\u65f6\u95f4\u63a8\u79fb\u6240\u5f25\u8865\uff0c\u76f8\u5f53\u4e8e\u662f\u5bf9\u79fb\u6c11\u548c\u516c\u6c11\u7a0b\u5e8f\u5b8c\u6210\u6027\u548c\u516c\u5e73\u6027\u7684\u653b\u51fb\uff01\u201d<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u6240\u4ee5\uff0cAAT\u575a\u6301\u79fb\u6c11\u5c40\u7684\u539f\u5224\uff0c\u53d6\u6d88Singh\u7684\u6fb3\u6d32\u56fd\u7c4d\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<div><img
